When I saw baby Amyris my heart melted! This little boy has the softest skin and the yummiest lips! Did I mention that he was born on Christmas Day? Yep! The only baby in that hospital born on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas Mommy and Daddy! Amyris doesn’t like to be bothered when he is sleeping so it was a tad more difficult but I don’t think you can tell from the portraits, to me he did amazing! This little girl blessed us only a few days before Christmas so it was only right to add in a few Christmas props. At 15 days old she did amazing. These two are so fun to shoot because Melia is turning into a little model and Andrew seems to just laugh at us. Melia used to have the funniest toddler smile until you caught her in a real laugh and now she is learning to show me that beautiful smile all the time, I LOVE IT!!! This age is so fun because we can laugh, model, have fun and most of all they listen!! She did amazing and is a beautiful young lady. We were able to do a few different set ups with her dresses and I just can’t choose a favorite! Thank you all for a wonderful session and enjoy your sneak peek!

My oh my. Simone and Sasha. Two of the cutest kids! Simone is a ham when she wants to be and boy do I love it!! This picture was priceless and is why I chose it. When we finished getting the shots of her sitting on the bed and with her sister I asked her to stand on the bed. Then I told her she could jump. Her face lit up so fast. Then she looked at Mommy like “really”? Then she looked back at me and when I confirmed she went to town! Those were the biggest smiles I’ve seen from her yet! Boy was it the perfect day for a shoot! I was so excited to see the overcast sky as I drove down south for this session. Normally we’d feel dreary and want to stay in bed but this is a photographers dream! Especially when the clocks are against us after the time change.
