I am catching up as fast as I can but am a few days behind on orders. It should all be completed tomorrow. I didn’t realize how much it would effect me when my 4 year old went to Kindergarten. :”(
I thought I was prepared with everything physically and mentally but, I wasn’t. I want to apologize and let you know that you may get a special goody!
Landon was the first cake smash of the day and once I saw him I knew it was going to be a fun session. His Mommy and I went to high school together and his two older brothers are just as adorable as he is. And who can look at him and smile without gasping about his bright blue eyes?? Cutie!

The camera loooves happy babies and it sure did love Colin! What a happy little boy and what amazing blue eyes! We were able to do many different sets because once we would sit him down he would smile and giggle instantly. This kiddo did amazing…check him out! Thank you for a wonderful session!
Whew! This little bugger had me working yesterday! She had Mommy working too! The first portion of the session was okay but then once she caught on to my games we had a ball! We got some great shots and these aren’t the best but I love them! I’m so bummed I cut off her toe in the last shot but it’s cute all the same!
Thank you both so much for the wonderful session. Thank you too Nana! I love to see these kids grow up and the different stages they are in. It makes me love my job and love my clients! You may remember Reagan from last week’s “Here, fishy fishy” shoot. She gave me an awesome session! She smiled, she made us all laugh, she was dainty but at the same time messy, she didn’t get upset once, she danced, she sang, she had an all around fun session. We had a hoot today with Miss Reagan! She smiled and giggled, splashed and laughed! There were so many out-takes that her storyboard includes more than the traditional 3! Thank you both for a wonderful session and we’ll see you Monday for your cake smash!!

LOL. I can’t stop laughing as I sit and think about how to start my post today. I’d have to say today is hands down one of the funniest, most comical shoots to date. Let me explain…
It starts with a 2 year old. A 2 year old that is adorable. Adorable and strong-willed that is. This hot tamale had us working!I finally had the brilliant idea of a stereo in the studio. Duh for me. Anyhow, we have the “kidz bop” Cd’s and I thought I’d bring one in to help the sessions with toddlers and young children get loose. WOW! It did! Except only the first song was a hit. We didn’t seem to know the rest as well so the session started to slow down. But…(light bulb) I happened to bring another CD that was in my car from Olivia’s first birthday party which is princess songs. Like the real ones from the actual Disney movies. OH.MY.GOSH. Did we hit the nail on the head or what!!! These two, yes BOTH, knew every word to The Little Mermaid song and even knew the DANCE!!! Yes, they laid on the floor and frolicked when she did, they pulled their hands gracefully from their chests as they sang the ballad to me. They spun around gracefully and with such emotion belted out this song.
(Ok, I can’t stop laughing as I’m writing this) Please Dad don’t kill me. You know I’m right. Kira spun and spun and spun but Logan. Logan had it down pat and it indeed was him with all the movement above. WOW! He really does have talent at age 4! You two have some adorable kiddos and I love watching them grow up. Logan, you are one amazing 4 year old. I don’t normally go on tangents but WOW. This little boy listened to every single word I said. EVERY WORD. And didn’t pout, make faces, get his feelings hurt, NOTHING! He knew how difficult it was to get his sister happy, smiling, in a good pose, and her eyes looking at the camera. He scooted over when needed. He moved back out of the light when needed. Kudos to both parents for an amazing young man. He did so well and impressed me SO much you both should buy him a pony or something. ROFL. Really.

4 month old’s are such a delight. They smile at you, babble a little, and everything goes to their mouth! The baby girl came far for their shoot and boy was it worth it! Look at her smile! The second one is an absolute favorite! Thank you guys for a wonderful session today! Enjoy your sneak peek…

Yesterday we also did a shoot for a national dance wear catalog that included my daughter Olivia and Ella (the next post). We had such a fun time and these are only a few of the many but I had to show them off! Enjoy!

My little pageant baby gave me an awesome photo shoot yesterday! I am thrilled that she is able to stand now and is curious about everything! She did awesome and I know this post is photo overload but I just couldn’t help it! She recently won the Disney pageant for the portfolio category (forgive me for the lack of correct terminology, lol)! I’m so proud of her and wish her continued success!
